Mr. Achintya Karati

Mr. Karati serves as Senior Advisor to ICICI Securities Limited and ICICI Prudential Limited.

He has vast experience in the financial and legal fields spanning 31 years. He has served ICICI Prudential in diverse areas of commercial, legal and secretarial matters. He has served as Country Head of Government and Institutional Solutions Group at ICICI Bank. Also, Mr. Karati has been an Independent and Non Executive Director of J.K. Cement since October 24, 2005.

Mr. Karati holds a B. Com. and a B.A., LL. B. degree from the Calcutta University.

Mr. Gautam Patel

Mr. Patel joined Battery Ventures in 2007 and focuses on investments in India across stages and in the IT Services & BPO, Financial Services and Media sectors.

Prior to Battery, he was the Head of Europe and a member of the leadership team at iGATE, a Nasdaq listed Technology/BPO/Infrastructure services firm. Previously, he was the head of Middle East at MphasiS, also a publicly listed Technology/BPO firm.

Mr. Patel graduated from the University of Texas at Austin’s Management and Technology program.

Mr. Ravindra K

Mr. Ravindra K serves as Senior Director - Risk at ICICI Venture.

He is currently responsible for assessing and mitigating business risks in ICICI Venture’s existing and potential investments & also manages some of the earlier investments in the areas of Information Technology (IT) related services, IT enabled services, and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) segments. Prior to joining ICICI Venture, he worked with the erstwhile ICICI Ltd. (since merged with ICICI Bank) for over 12 years in the corporate credit function.

Mr. Ravindra K holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

Dr. R. B. Barman

Dr. R. B. Barman is currently Advisor to the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), which is entrusted with the responsibility of setting up a state-of-the-art retail payment system in India. The main areas of his professional interest include Business Information Technology & Payment Systems.

Besides being associated with a number of organizations as Director of Board, Adviser & Consultant, he was Executive Director with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) & responsible for spearheading their Business Intelligence initiative in 2001, which was one of the earliest such initiatives. In the international arena, Dr. Barman was Vice Chairman of Irving Fisher Committee on Central Bank Statistics, BIS and Member of the International Data Forum.

Dr. Barman holds a Masters degree in Statistics and Ph. D. in Industrial Economics.

Mr. Bikramjit Sen

Mr. Sen, CEO, TechProcess Solutions Limited, set up the company in 2000.

He joined ICICI Ltd in 1993 in the Project Financing Group. During his tenure in project financing, he was actively involved in the financial closure of large projects in the power, steel, and oil & gas sectors. He was also responsible for originating some of the largest structured finance deals in the eastern region.

Mr. Sen is a graduate in Engineering from REC - Nagpur, and holds an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi.
